Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FindPhonebyClapHome mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using FindPhonebyClapHome, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
FindPhonebyClapHome is a launcher application that allows users to locate their Android device by clapping their hands. The App also provides home screen, quick-toggle widget, and related launcher functionality. Features and availability may vary by device and region.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
The App may integrate third-party services (such as advertising networks and analytics providers) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Ad content is subject to the policies of the respective ad network.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to maintain or support older versions of the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
